We got in several beautiful border print fabrics. One of the fabrics has gorgeous fall colored flower. Deb grabbed the pattern “Star Blossom” by Plum Tree Quilts and make up a sample with the fall flowers. It is 54” and could be used as a table topper or a tree skirt.
We have kits available

Joyce decided to take the “Julie and Julia” approach to the Let’s Do Lunch pattern book (by Atkinson’s Designs) when it arrived in our store. For those of you that haven’t seen the movie, Julie wants to emulate Julia Childs and starts in to prepare every recipe in Julia’s Cookbook. Joyce has enjoyed these projects soooooo much that she’s going to teach a series of classes in October making a different project each week for 4 weeks. Grab a friend, bring your lunch if you like, and we’ll work through some of these quick projects, just in time for holiday gifts!
Week 1 on Oct 6th will be a wine tote and Blue Plate Special Placemat
Week 2 on Oct 13 will be Taco Salad table topper
Week 3 on Oct 20 will be Farmer’s Tote
Week 4 on Oct 27 will be Milk Chocolate Chain Table runner

Check out the website for Thimbleberries fabrics we are clearing out to make room for new fabric.
There are lots of good choices to finish those projects you have put off doing. How about a backing for those projects?
